We have acted for various clients in the public and private sector on Commercial litigation. Litigation in civil courts has been the most favoured mechanism in resolving civil, commercial and labour disputes. At times, the court process is not the most efficient manner towards dispute resolution. We have experience in litigation in various fields of law.
Our litigation experience is in Contract law, Construction law, Property law ( mostly evictions relating to unlawful occupation of land; Urgent applications, Labour law and Administrative law matters. With matters falling within the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court we handle the matter from beginning to the end. On High Court matters we prefer to engage Counsel for settling of draft pleadings and appearance in Court. The best approach is always to approach the courts as a last resort. However, when other forms of dispute resolution fail, we always ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation in their litigation matters.
