Our Ms Zintle Nkuhlu has great experience in this field. She has been involved in the following projects :
The restructuring of 8 (eight) Denel divisions into business units wherein we advised on all legal matters, conducted a legal due diligence investigation and provided a report thereon.
The dissolution of Industrial Training Boards under the then Manpower Training Act into the current SETAs wherein we furnished legal advice on all legal matters, review of the Skills Development Act and drafting the guidelines for the Constitutions of the SETAs.
The Telkom Initial Public Offering wherein we conducted a Property Due Diligence investigation and furnished a report thereon.
Conducted Due diligence investigations in numerous projects which include the restructuring of Transwerk, Spoornet, Eskom and Telkom and Rotek Properties.
Advising Transnet Limited on the privatization of Transwerk Perway (Pty) Limited and Transwerk Foundary (Pty) Limited including negotiations with bidders and drafting all applicable Agreements.
Advising on the restructuring of Spoornet, particularly, responsible for the coordination of the review of title documents and environmental issues.
Advising the Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan Council on the corporatisation of the Johannesburg Zoo and the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market.
Advising the Department of Public Enterprises on the sale of the Alexkor mine.
Advising Eyabantu Consortium and BEE Women’s Group in one of the country’s biggest empowerment transaction which resulted in the formation of the listed diversified mining group Exxaro Resources Limited.
