Our Mr Vakalisa is currently the Chairperson of the Valuation Appeal Board for Rand West Local Municipality. We have been involved in review of various draft legislation including instructions from the National Assembly and Gauteng Provincial Legislature.
We on several occasions have conducted disciplinary proceedings for various clients and in some instances were instructed to prosecute on such proceedings. Our Mr Vakalisa acts as Chairperson for various clients namely National Home Builders Registration Council(“NHBRC”),Health Professions Council of South Africa (“HPCSA”) and Construction Industry Development Board(“CIDB”) on labour related matters.
