We have, since establishment instituted and still are handling litigation matters for a myriad of clients both in the public sector and the private sector. We have acted and are acting for various clients on labour relations in respect to the Gauteng Health Department. We have successfully represented various public sector clients in various Urgent application to interdict unlawful strikes by the departments’ employees and some matters have escalated to higher courts where contractual employees sought a declaration from the court declaring them as permanent employees of our clients.
